Massage therapy is used to help manage a health condition or enhance wellness. It involves manipulating the soft tissues of the body.  Massage has been practiced in most cultures, both Eastern and Western, throughout human history, and was one of the earliest tools that people used to try to relieve pain.

Services Offered

  • Deep tissue is mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

  • Swedish energizes the body and improves overall health using percussion, kneading, vibration, tapping and rolling with massage oil or lotion to protect the skin from friction.

  • Prenatal is a special technique that’s safer on pregnant bodies than traditional massage. It works out tension in the muscles and relieve body aches caused by stress or strenuous activity, helping you to relax both physically and mentally.

  • Trigger Point targets knots or ‘trigger points’ in your body, soothing tightness and relieving pain. Knots tend to form due to repetitive strain or overuse of particular muscles.

Additional Services

  • Reflexology involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears. It’s based on a theory that these body parts are connected.

  • Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammationblood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

  • Hot stone massage is a massage in which the masseuse places smooth, hot stones on your back. These stones provide heat therapy to the muscles, which can help reduce tension and pain.
